Hi,

Gintautas Miliauskas on my request took over my leadership in Lithuanian
translation team half a year ago. He did nice a work being a proof reader for
few releases and nicely handled translation of the latest release. He's
also an
admin in Rosseta's Lithuanian translation team.

I guess you should really approve his request. :)
