Do we need cvs anymore?

With the use of new tools, do we need CVS anymore? If we won't need we
should tell this to Sysadmin team, so that they won't bother migrating
it to SVN, to help them a little.
Nothing comes into my mind that we need in CVS but I might forget
something.
