I saw the On MS Windows page still needed a writer, so I've volunteered and written a first draft at: https://edit.gnome.jardigrec.eu/en/get-started/ms-windows-compatible

The page was built using the content from LGO at http://live.gnome.org/GnomeMarketing/GnomeOnWindows

I categorized the software in Development, Graphics, Internet and Office, and alphabetized the software in those categories.
