Yep, it's great to go through this.
If I understand correctly, these interviews (or better, "profiles") 
should give the impression they are a bit 
light-weight/funny/witty/informal, and easy to read.
Mixing questions like your favourite food, what you dislike/like, your 
favourite moment in FOSS/GNOME, how you started with GNOME and so on.
As with the KDE interviews, there should be some stock questions so by 
reading several profiles you can have an idea about the personas.

Would you like to built such a list of profile questions?
