Ok, all looks good (we can probably clean up the paragraph formatting 
too?). Do you have the sources to this?

Paul, do you mind putting your (OpenAdvantage) details on the form? I 
presume people would then be able to e-mail you for a visa, and if 
you're happy that they are genuine, you can send them a complete 
invitation letter?
