Duh!! Sometimes my stupidity is overwhelming!

I meant to say that I would not have a keyboard or mouse, but I will
have a monitor. I vaguely remember reading somewhere that the panel at
the bottom (I am running Fedora Core 7) is relatively easy to not
display. But the Applications/System panel at the top may be more
difficult.
