Capturing offscreen windows

Hi,

Is there a way to capture an entire window (with decorations),
which is intentionally put offscreen, into a bitmap with GTK ?

On Windows I can do this with PrintWindow() API or
WM_PRINT/WM_PRINTCLIENT messages.
