DnD under MS WINDOWS

Hello,

I've built a code using GTK and its Dnd functions. Under linux,
everything works well ! But, after a compilation with Cyngwin (under
windows), the Dnd doesn't work
It seems to me that the dragBegin signals ....are not sent !

Does anybody know the reason why ?
