win32 bug - cannot load mathematica fonts

Hi,
I cannot load any Mathematica Font 
(http://support.wolfram.com/mathematica/systems/windows/general/latestfonts.html) 
with the Win32 backend.
It works perfectly well with the fontconfig backend, but I would like to 
avoid as much depencies as possible.
