The same thing should be in http://www.gtk.org/rdp/gdk/gdk-gdkrgb.html, 
but it is not.  The documentation *does* exist, otherwise we would not
have anything on the GNOME site :-)

It seems that the API documentation pages in gtk.org just need
updating.  I have CCed this message to the powers that be.
