Both GTK+ books (one by Harlow, the other by Pennington) are published by
New Riders Press (an imprint of the McMillan Company) in Indianapolis. And
both are available from amazon.com. Do a search for gtk+ and both show up as
in stock and shipping within 24-hours. Your local technical bookstore may
carry it, or should be able to special order it for you.
I just ordered Havoc's "GTK+/Gnome Development." Since it ships from
Seattle (about 3 hours from here), it will arrive Thursday, I expect.
