new color selection widget

i've been working on the gtk+ color selection widget. these are the
changes:
        + screen color selection tool (based on xpaint's grab.c)
        = vertical sliders instead of horizontal
        - partial (not complete yet) removal of the slider entries
        = smaller initial size of the color wheel
        + choice of which sliders to use (hsv, rgb, o, any combo)
