Fundamentally, I can see this thread isn't going anywhere. Rodd is
insistent that he's right, and I'm quite sure that I won't use apps
with this silly behaviour (I told that window to CLOSE) but since
Rodd won't write any code there's no danger of that happening.

So, I won't post anything more to this thread unless/ until we get a
large amount of feedback from real world users, or someone tries to
commit this change to CVS.

Sorry to have filled the list up with this discussion, I'm sure there
is already alt.flamewar.mdi-vs-sdi or equivalent elsewhere.
