[GnomeMeeting-list] Help setting up gnomemeeting to enable netmeeting user to call me1

I am experiencing this problem with a netmeeting user who can only make
calls out and cannot receive.
I have been trying to call out to the user IP address but I keep on
getting the message the the user is not on line while the user is always
on line.
The problem is I cannot give the netmeeting user my IP cause I cannot
find it anywhere?
How can I solve this?
