[GnomeMeeting-list] Help for Windows packages

I need help with the Windows packages. I've downloaded the Instcodec.exe, but
now I don't know how to go on.

What should I do?? Is there anyone who can tell me how to use the Instcodec to
talk with a Linux User from Windows??
