[GnomeMeeting-list] GM 0.96.0 server problem

This is the message when i start GM after start 
"bonobo-activation-empty-server" :

It appears that you do not have gnomemeeting.server installed in a valid 
location. Factory mode disabled

but GM show me only the initial logo....

If i don't run first "bonobo-activation-empty-server" never happen
