I wasn't really clear. Sorry.

The location is plugins/growisofs/burn-dvd-rw-format.c line 183

And instead of 
"Dvd+rw-format erases and formats DVD+/-R(W)"
I put
"Dvd+rw-format blanks and formats DVD+/-R(W)"

I was a bit lazy when I described the change. As you can see the context is quite clear and doesn't need any capital letter.
