Gnome-panel: how can be diferent SVN and Dammed lies pot files?

Hi all,

In Dammed lies web page, there is gnome-panel's POT file, which contains
659 messages. But updated SVN's POT file contains 653 (even I'd run
intltool-update eu command)

Shall I use Dammed POT file as base to update Basque trannslation?
