ooo-build warning

Hello!
I just translated and committed ooo-build be latin translation to SVN but I can't find the place where I can specify the new translation code. (no LINGUAS file, no ALL_LINGUAS var in 
configure.in). That's why the warning is shown on stats pages. What should I do to make sure the translation is used for this piece of software?
