Russian translation fix

There is apparently a typo in the gnome-panel-screenshot translation.
It seems to randomly append a '-' in front of the files it saves to
disk.  Here's a small patch to fix it.  Can someone who speaks Russian
look it over and commit it, as my Russian is a tad rusty. (-;
