[g-a-devel] Is MSAA STATE_SYSTEM_READONLY the exact opposite of ATK_STATE_EDITABLE?

For example, should an HTML combobox use ATK_STATE_EDITABLE unless it's 
readonly?
I think so, otherwise how would the AT know when the combobox is readonly.

So this means STATE_EDITABLE is not just for text input.
