Yes, absolutely (there are even recent svn commits ;)), although admittedly it's a bit in maintenance mode at the moment. I've been meaning to make a new release for ages, but just haven't gotten around to it yet. I'd recommend using GNet SVN if you can, since it has a bunch of bug fixes.
