Yup, this is a known bug. Happens in some rare occasions, and it's
apparently hard to find out what really causes this.

If the email does not hold private data, could you attach the mail to
that bug? (Save the raw mail to a file first.) If you don't feel like
creating a bugzilla account just for this purpose, I'd be glad if you
