[Evolution] Lost auto-completion in schedule

Changing from 2.0.3 to 2.1.5 (rawhide) it appears I have lost
autocompletion from GAL in scheduling a meeting. The same settings that
worked before now are failing. GAL works for Contacts and
auto-completion in mail.
