I too have the problem with Evolution .10.99 on Redhat 6.2. I tried
upgrading to .11 using RPMs but it failed and I haven't troubleshot it
yet (on top of that, RedCarpet crashed on execution).
Anyway, I have verified that it is Evolution by running everything else
without Evolution and my memory allocation is fine.
On top of this, I also noticed that large emails take a REALLY long time
to open (it is a log emailedto me from a server) and take up almost ALL
of my memory and swap! I do not have any data on the size of the
messages, but I can get that if needed.
