No, but you can export from Dia to some bitmap format (not sure if MS 
Office supports PNG) and the import to MS Office living a link with the 
bitmap. Then when you will update the diagram in Dia, you only need to 
export again (replacing old file) and after refreshing you will see an 
updated digram in MS Office document.
