Maybe you could try sql2dia:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/sql2dia/

It worked fine for me and you don't even have to make dumps it goes 
straight from the server. Just run with something like:
c:\Perl\bin\perl mysql2dia -d database_name -u user -p password
