fonts in workspace

Greetings from Osnabrück in Germany,

my dia works fine, but there is a problem i cannot solve :
in the workspace (where the diagramms are) the fonts are not fonts but
little rectangulars. so i cannot read anything.

i would be so happy if you could help me :)
